Privacy Policy
Effective September 2026
This policy explains what information IGZEK MEDIA LLC (“IGZEK MEDIA,” “we,” “us”), based in Denver, Colorado, collects through this website and how it's used.
What we collect
This site collects personal information in two places, and only what you type in.
The Get Started form (web design and video production): your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website, what you need, and your message.
- Your name, email address, phone number, and how you prefer to be contacted
- Your business name, industry, city, Instagram handle, and website
- What a new customer is worth to you, your capacity, your main goal, and your timing
- Your confirmation that you have budget for the program and ad spend, and your consent to be contacted
While you fill out the marketing application, your answers are saved in your own browser (local storage) so a refresh doesn't lose them. That draft stays on your device and is cleared when you submit.
How we use it
We use what you send to review your project or application and to contact you about it by email, phone, or text. We send you one confirmation email when you submit either form. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list.
Where it goes
- Email via Resend. Your submission is emailed to us, and your confirmation email is sent to you, using Resend, Inc., an email delivery service that processes it on our behalf.
- Google Sheets. Your submission is logged to a private Google Sheet (Google LLC) that only we can access.
- Our internal system. Your submission is stored in IGZEK MEDIA's internal client management system so we can track it and follow up.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted by Vercel, Inc. Like any web host, Vercel processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to serve the site and keep it secure. We also use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions. If we enable Vercel Web Analytics, it records anonymous, aggregate page-view data without cookies and without identifying you.
We link to our Instagram profile. If you follow that link, Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) handles your data under its own policies. This site doesn't embed Instagram content or run the Meta pixel.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions while they're useful for following up with you, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices and deleting your data
To see, correct, or delete the information you sent us, or to withdraw your application or inquiry, email info@igzekmedia.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and its effective date.
